With many COVID-19 financial support programs coming to a conclusion in the next few weeks, we want you to know that we are still here for you.
Specifically, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) says Florida will end its participation in the Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC) program ($300 per week in supplemental funding) effective June 26, 2021, as part of DEO’s ‘Return to Work’ initiative.

If you think you are going to have a financial hardship in the next few months due to these changes, please reach out to us. We may be able to help with payment extensions or other workout programs. It’s much better to proactively seek assistance before there’s a problem instead of waiting until you are behind on your payments, so please reach out if you think you may need assistance.
Due to potential high demand and to ensure you get to speak to the right person to assist you, we also ask that you use our email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a call to discuss options instead of calling our main line. Please include your name, contact information, and any general information about your situation, but please do not put any private information, like account numbers, in the email.
