It's easy to join Flag Credit Union!
Just 4 easy steps!	1. Complete an application (available online or we can send one to you)
	2. Return your application with a copy of your driver's license and a minimum deposit of $10.00*. The $10.00 represents a $5.00 one-time membership fee and $5.00 is deposited into your account to become "your share of the Credit Union".
	3. Complete and return any additional applications or forms for any other Credit Union services you would like (direct deposit, ATM card, loan, etc.)   Click on Online Services to go to our Applications page.
	4. Complete a signed Payroll Deduction Authorization form IF you want to have money deducted from your paycheck (if you are employed with the State of Florida) and deposited to your account each  pay period.
"Once a Member, Always a Member"
As long as you maintain a minimum of $5.00 in your share account, you will be a member... regardless of who you are employed by!   We encourage your family members to also become members! We have Golden Year accounts for members who are 55 years of age or older and we have a Kid's Club for memebrs who are between the ages of 4 and 12. *If you are employed with the State of Florida you can send us a Payroll Deduction Authorization and we will deduct the $10.00 from your first payroll deduction.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
